At our practice at Stress And Anxiety Services of NJ, we focus on accurately diagnosing problems and teaching specific, concrete interventions in a caring and supportive atmoshphere. SAS is a specialty practice. We are licensed psychologists and clinical social workers using evidence based therapies, primarily CBT, and see mostly clients with OCD, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic, Agoraphobia, Phobias, and PTSD. Half of our practice is made up of children and adolescents. This is a pro-active, learning, short-term therapy approach.
I am co-founder and President of OCD New Jersey. I have presented on anxiety disorders over 200 times to mental health professional organizations over the last 30 years.
