Straight from the Heart (SFTH) Ministry Counseling Services is dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals dealing with emotional, mental, and relational life challenges. Our counseling service will provide a safe space for exploring emotions, discussing issues, and helping you find solutions to life challenges. Serving clients in the areas of anger management, trauma/abuse, women's issues, stress management, grief/loss counseling, depression and anxiety. Together we will formulate a plan of action that will promote your resiliency and personal growth. I am devoted to providing you genuine support for your life goals.
I have experience helping individuals through difficult times of emotional and mental distress. I foster an emotionally safe therapeutic space for clients to learn new skills, attitudes, and behaviors which are essential for maintaining emotional health and personal growth. Operating with a holistic, Person-centered, and Christian based approach.
I am committed to helping my clients identify their needs and achieve their desired goals in a safe space.
