I work with individuals, couples, and families. I believe that everyone has a story- a story of who they are, what they have experienced, and what they hope for. Throughout the courses of our busy hectic lives, it is easy to lose sight of our stories. My goal as a therapist is to remind and preserve your place as the protagonist in your life and story, as well as assist in shaping a story that serves you- one that acknowledges your resilience, acceptance of yourself, your strengths, and confidence in advocating for yourself.
I will help by creating a space that enables us to heal, deconstruct, reconstruct in order to achieve the balance and reach the goals we collaborate and discuss together. Honoring neurodiversity is very important to me. I love incorporating art in therapy, however, I will do my best to work with you in ways that uplift and empower you!
I will present myself in therapy as not the expert of your life or situation, but as your advocate and curious listener. I believe we all have unique stories to tell, and I see it as an honor and privilege to receive and listen to yours.
