At Still Waters, our specialty is trauma informed care. We work with individuals who have been through trauma heal and engage with life in authentic ways. I personally also work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, boundaries, and relationship issues.

During our time together, you can expect treatment to be tailored to you. Here, therapy is a place where you can take your mask off and be as you are. I strive to make an environment where you feel safe to do so. I take a relaxed, intuitive approach and help my clients gain insight and understanding into themselves.
