In working with clients, I don't take a generalized approach and I tailor each session to your goals. My hope is that you leave each session knowing what your next step is.
Helping you understand yourself and/or your relationship is my favorite part of therapy. Being trained in both psychology and counseling, I take an investigative approach to my sessions. I prefer to understand the root cause so that it can be treated rather than just addressing the symptoms. Together we can help you get to a different place.
Empathy is a cornerstone of human connection, and I specialize in both assessing and improving it within individuals and their relationships.
