My philosophy toward therapy is first and foremost to honor the trust that you’ve placed in my position as guide. As we travel through our adulthood there are many twists and turns, losses, and life changes that we experience. We are surprised by sudden loss of enthusiasm, friends or loved ones departing, and other shifts. I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, and burnout related to these changes. I approach each session from a humanistic and person-centered informed approach. As a guide, I will help you evolve toward a more empowered path to your life, while focusing on short- and long-term goals.
I have been working in the human services field for over 3 decades. Working with adults, I bring a range of life experiences, spiritual acuity, and mental health clinical experience to our work. I work with you as a whole person to help gain context for your life experiences as we find a path toward healing and learn how to prepare for whatever comes next,
