I have strong history of working with trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders, within a creative, insightful, format. I understand the sensitivities involved with personal struggle and have a variety of useful tools at my disposal to bring light to the dark places.
I have a Master's Degree in Art Therapy but also understand that this method may not be suitable to all people or all situations.I therefore combine modalities such as completion of Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems and 8 years follow up study of IFS application, Somatic awareness, Mindfulness, using the best method for each client's comfort level
