Men, in particular men of color, find seeking help as a sign of weakness. I am here to tell you that this is one of the bravest things you could ever do and the rewards are limitless when you face this challenge. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas with years of experience working as a therapist, case manager and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, LGBT-QIA issues and challenges that come with changes in life.
