Hi! I have 40 years of experience treating individuals, couples and business professionals who are now experiencing an increase in anxiety and depression, loneliness despair due to Covid and now the political uncertainty of our times. Let my compassionate, interactive and solution focused approach be of help dealing with these and other personal, family and financial issues affecting your relationships and personal life. Through a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach, we work to identify these issues and develop strategies for change.
I have found success in combining a Solution Focus approach with Indepth Psychotherapy. I have treated relatives for trauma and loss from 9/11 and soldiers with PTSD and depression returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. I look forward to speaking with you and your partner for an initial free session to explore working together.
My post- graduate training includes Westchester Behavior Therapy Institute, Training Institute of Mental Health and Psychotherapy, The Ackerman Family Institute. I believe my friendly and positive personality couple with my clinical and business experience can provide personal growth and greater insight and emotional well being.

Groups
Men's issues in today's culture
My small group offers men a safe place to vent and deal with the pressures of MeToo, job issues, relationship demands and modern life's expectations. By supporting each members' personal and emotional story, we help explore conflicts and suggest healtier ways to deal with them. Through role playing and socio-drama, and my leadership, members play significant people in their life and begin to see their issues clearer and are able to try new and positive ways to relate to them.
