I will primarily be using a Family Systems approach and I will help you gain new insights into your goals and the obstacles that stand in your way.

After graduating from SUNY Buffalo with a Masters Degree in Creative Writing (long ago!) I found many creative ways to make the most of life. Now I am delighted to be earning my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at Touro University Worldwide and using that knowledge at Darien Wellness.
