I have been in recovery for over 35 years and have helped individuals restore balance and joy to their lives through exploring with them what is causing a sense of uncertainty, lack of purpose, communication barriers, loss of intimacy, or discontent.
I treat trauma with EMDR, reducing distress caused by trauma and childhood experiences to increase positive self worth. I assist individuals with making their lives more satisfying and contented.
