My clients are people who have tried to live with their life experiences but some of those experiences have interfered with the life they want. They are people who are now seeking the changes that will improve their present and future, that will help them achieve a happier, healthier life.
My specialty is my ability to deeply understand someone else's emotions, how they developed, how they present in that person's life, and the effect the emotion has on that person's life. I help by listening to people's stories, separating them from their problem, and helping them create the positive story they want to live, thus overcoming the problem.
We live through the story of a life that contains problems we never thought we'd have, problems we don't want controlling some part of us. I believe there is a way to rid ourselves of these problems and live the life we want to live.
