My approach to counseling is down to earth and practical. I use a solution-focused approach that builds on the strengths already present in my clients.
After more than thirty seven years as a professional counselor I have helped clients with a wide variety of concerns..From depression and anxiety to adjustment issues and drugs and alcohol, I have helped many people over the years to improve their lives, with some gentle straight forward guidance.
