My background is in sports psychology, trauma treatment, anxiety, depression and personality disorders, with intensive training in DBT, EMDR, CPT and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I have many years experience in trauma therapy. I have much experience working with athletes who struggle with anxiety surrounding their sport or wish to improve their mental game.
I was born and raised in Oshkosh, attended North High School and graduated in 1979. I am a proud husband and father to 4 wonderful kids, 3 of whom are in college and 1 in high school. I have 3 dogs, 1 cat and 2 horses. I enjoy attending Lifest each summer and watching my kids' activities. I am a current high school and former college pole vault coach.
