As a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I value the importance of a safe, non-judgmental, and warm environment where you feel genuinely accepted and respected. I regard building a partnership with my clients as essential to creating and achieving their therapeutic goals. My passion involves working with neurodivergent clients of all ages. I have over nine years of experience working with autistic individuals with co-occurring mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, OCD, and depression. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals with other developmental as well as physical disabilities.
I believe that therapy should use a strengths-based approach to highlight what innate qualities clients’ possess while they navigate challenges. I utilize a person centered approach to therapy and integrate techniques from CBT, ACT, and DBT to help you develop the skills necessary to successfully achieve the goals we set together.
I am committed to providing an environment that supports not only openness and mutual trust, but also one in which you feel self-empowered to take charge of your mental health journey. I look forward to partnering with you to create positive changes in your life!
