Anxiety and Depression can become overwhelming, challenging an individual’s ability to flourish in their relationships or their personal development. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Gestalt therapy. I believe in the human capacity for change and that each person has an active role in pursuing their unique journey to finding meaning and purpose. This is why I feel the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of successful therapy. I believe my role is to serve as an agent of change in the process, empowering the client to glean insight through their struggles towards awareness and self-discovery.

The Gestalt therapeutic process supports discovering the blockages and removing the barriers that are holding you back from navigating towards authenticity and living your fullest True Self.
