Over the last 12 years I have provided a genuine and judgment free environment to help work through a variety of behavioral health issues.
Through my training and professional experience, I have worked extensively with issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and panic disorders and issues related to ADHD, OCD, phobias, intellectual disability, mood disorders, substance abuse, couples, and family interventions. I have extensive experience working with grief/loss and life transitions.
I enjoy using an integrative therapeutic approach in therapy. This means that I use a variety of different interventions to help that specific person in a private and safe environment. Some of these interventions include motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and other evidence based interventions
