I use traditional talk therapy and you have the option of experiencing EMDR or heart centered hypnotherapy. Both techniques can help you work on past issues that still affect you today. You also have the options to work on meditation, mindfulness, different forms of spiritual experiences, and increasing your emotional intelligence.
