Hello. My name is Steve Gray, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families that are having challenges related to alcoholism, other addictions, co-dependency, conflict, violence, mental illness, and individual or systemic relational issues. I am a pragmatic, empathetic, approachable counselor. I am very familiar with, am a member of, and strongly support 12 Step recovery programs. I am very familiar with local addiction and co-dependency treatment entities. I believe that personal and spiritual redemption are available to us all.
I have experience in law enforcement, and am comfortable working with crime victims, police, fire fighters, EMT's, teachers, military men and women, medical professionals, social workers, etc. I understand well the challenges, risks, and costs that are associated with unrequited service to others.
I have extensive experience working with clients who find themselves involved with Family, Juvenile, and/or Criminal court systems. If you are dealing with any of these issues, and you or a loved one feel overwhelmed, lost, angry, resentful, shameful, unsure what to do next, please feel free to call. First session is billed at my half rate.
