Whatever problems or challenges you are currently facing, my name is Grant and I would like to help. I primarily work with people who are diagnosed with PTSD but have worked with a wide variety of clients over the course of my career. I believe in a multifaceted and holistic approach to counseling that prioritizes the relationship between the therapist and the client while utilizing CBT, mindfulness techniques, and coping skills to improve the client's ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life.
In my sessions, you will be provided with space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely, without judgment or prejudice. Together, we will work to establish and accomplish your personal treatment goals.
I understand it can be difficult to get help when you need it. That is why I offer free consultations and sliding scale coverage for all of my clients.
