In my private practice I work with individuals, couples and families. I help individuals feel more personal freedom, alignment and ease in relation to stressors and dilemmas. I help couples connect with deeper clarity, intimacy & autonomy. I specialize in psychotherapy for healthcare workers, particularly physicians and nurses, to address burnout, emotional exhaustion, and workplace dynamics. I've also worked extensively with couples, family and those suffering from anxiety, panic, dissociation.
My therapeutic style is relational and engaged, and I utilize techniques from my training and experience in somatic psychology, human development, interpersonal dynamics and embodied spirituality. Clients have described me as pragmatic, empathic, helpful, grounded and clear.
In my 20 year career as a psychotherapist, I've worked with over thousands of individuals and over many hundreds of couples and families, all from very diverse ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. In particular, I have extensive experience with health care providers: physicians, nurses, administrators, psychologists, therapists and leaders.
