I would like to offer support for those who are struggling with life's problems and in need of healing but have found it difficult to reach out for help. I am passionate about working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse, sex and porn addiction, bullying and low self-esteem, spiritual issues, grief and trauma recovery. I also have experience working with couples and families and enjoy seeing the healing that can occur in relationships through counseling. I see clients both in person and online.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Trauma Counseling. I am able to incorporate my knowledge of trauma and its effects into the counseling session. I understand how thoroughly trauma and abuse can affect many areas of our lives.
