Life often presents us with storms and challenges that leave us feeling lost - whether you are dealing with feelings of depression, anxiety, attention deficit issues, life transitions, or just plain not feeling like yourself, I am here to help you find your way back to center. Together we can define what a life of fulfillment looks like for you. From here our work can take many shapes to make that life attainable. We can examine patterns and life stories; externalize problems and fears to make them approachable. All along, compassion and curiosity will lead the way toward healing. You are at the trailhead of your own path!

Our strategy in counseling will be customized to your unique needs. I work with Internal Family Systems, Narrative, Nature-Based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others. We can work to understand parts of ourselves, our stories, & the interplay of thought, feeling, and action. Our practice will always be founded on an authentic, caring relationship.

I believe in your inner capacity for growth and healing, to move from surviving into thriving - and I am ready to walk alongside you every step of the way.
