I believe that every individual has a unique experience they bring to therapy. Learning to navigate mental health and life challenges is difficult to do alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are looking for support through their mental health journey. My goal is to provide an environment where individuals feel welcomed and safe in order to reach their full potential.
I work with clients in person and online to help make mental health more accessible in communities throughout New Mexico. I work with my clients using open communication to create a treatment plan that best suits every individual need. I believe that no approach is one size fits all. Fluent in English and Spanish.
