Welcome! Taking the first step and making the decision to engage in therapy can be a daunting task. I welcome adult and adolescent individuals seeking support for a wide range of challenges. My clinical expertise includes working with adults and high-risk adolescents and their families for the past 8 years in various programs including outpatient, intensive in-home, various hospital and school settings. I have extensive experience working with both adult and adolescent populations treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, PTSD and ADHD and ODD.
My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, DBT/mindfulness, and multi-cultural therapies. I value the development of a trusting therapeutic relationship to ensure that you feel comfortable in a supportive, nonjudgmental, and compassionate setting.
