Hi! My name is Steph. As a therapist I get to join clients in their personal journeys as they grow and heal from different life events, and I'm here to support you through a variety of challenges. I have specialized training and experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and unwanted behaviors. I enjoy working with preteens, teens, and adults.
I use a combination of Somatic, Brainspotting, and EMDR therapy. I believe people have unique needs and value meeting people where they are at. Symptoms usually show up in your brain and nervous system and these evidence based modalities help decrease trauma symptoms, anxiety, and depression in a more integrated way than regular talk therapy!
My goal is to create a safe space where people are able to process things in their own time, but also will gently push and challenge you along the way. I would love to meet you and explore what brought you to therapy, as well as the goals or outcomes you hope to achieve.
