Does it feel like you keep re-living the same patterns in relationships and arguments, that just aren't working for you or your partner anymore? I am passionate about empowering women, men, and teens as they navigate tough issues such as perfectionism, indecision, relationship difficulties, and the aftermath of trauma. I also enjoy assisting couples as we explore the complexities of communication, intimacy, connection, and what it means to foster a satisfying relationship.
I use evidence-based treatment methods from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) in the treatment of clients of all ages, genders, and needs. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your particular concerns and goals.
