New clients welcome. I work with children and adults as a dedicated Mental Health Counselor Associate. I specialize in working with children and teens, helping them navigate the complexities of growing up. Some special interests include school challenges, autism special needs, depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment struggles. I also work with adults facing anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and personalized, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and develop coping strategies.
As a member of PRN365 Counseling group practice, I can focus my energy on my client's clinical needs while the group handles the administrative tasks. Some of my special training includes Neurolinguistic Programming, Applied Behavior Analysis, diversity and inclusion, anxiety and stress management, and trauma and crisis management.
