My name is Stephanie Taylor, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker based in Florida and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with teens through older adults using a systems and cognitive behavioral approach and specialize in stress, anxiety, aging, caregiver burnout, high school to college transitions, self-esteem, and weight loss struggles. I have found my approach to be beneficial at various ages. I meet the client he/she is. I can relate to the over 50 population as well as parent with high school and college age children. I can relate to being a caregiver, parent, working mom, teen and college ages.
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client. Together, we develop a plan that will navigate issues and help guide to success. We develop a realistic understanding of client's reality and develop goals.
My communication style is personable, and reality based. I want my client to feel comfortable sharing anything and I provide a safe non-judgmental place to do so.
