I use evidence-based theories, like CBT and ACT, to teach you practical skills that you can use in- and out of sessions to restore your emotional health.
The most important part of therapy is finding the right 'fit'. I am compassionate, objective, and will never judge you. My role is to listen to you, provide an empathic and open space for you process your experience, and learn how to use tools to work through your issues.
