Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am a neurodivergent (Autistic w/ADHD) mental health therapist. I am neurodiversity-affirming with a specialization in anxiety, trauma & PTSD. I work with adults from the comfort of their own homes via telehealth. In a world that feels like it’s on fire, I believe in creating a safe space for a collaborative therapeutic experience. With my eclectic theoretical approach, I tailor my techniques to each individual and their specific life experiences and needs. I aim to help draw awareness and expand on your innate coping strategies in order to give clients the right tools necessary to navigate life.
I have experience and dedication to working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and poly/ENM communities. As a part of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities and a native Flint resident, I truly have an appreciation for other cultures, strive to always validate others' experiences, and advocate where possible.
I work with Heartstone Guidance Center. We are a group of neurodivergent therapists providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy services to neurodivergent people. We prioritize social justice and are committed to supporting marginalized communities, including the LGBTQIA and BIPOC communities.
