I want to help you identify your triggers, and learn how to respond to them, rather than react.
I offer therapeutic techniques to improve your mindfulness, increase your tolerance and help you regulate your emotional responses. My approach is eclectic, client-centered and educational. It is important for me that we work as a team. With a collaborative approach, we can improve your relationship with yourself and others.
