Her unique combination of naturopathic medicine and creative arts therapies allows her to address physiological dysfunction and nutritional needs of the individual as well as developing appropriate strategies to address social, behavioral, emotional, sensory, and cognitive issues. Treatment plans are developed and adapted to the individual patient with an emphasis on treating the whole person to reach optimal wellness.
Dr. Soalt offers specialty testing including nutritional assessment, GI and neurotransmitter testing. Medication addresses neurotransmitter imbalances but doesn't help as much when the cause in neuroinflammation or a vitamin deficiency. Determining the cause of the imbalance is important and that is where testing becomes invaluable along with the intake.
Dr. Soalt offers a free 15 minute initial consultation. She offers modalities including neurofeedback, biofeedback, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and the Emotion Code. Therapy modalities include, along with conventional therapy, art, sand tray, and play therapy. Dr. Soalt feels that it is important to provide skills and techniques that you can use right away.
