I treat adolescents and adults with a wide variety of mental health problems but specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and OCD. I provide EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
