Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. She has been working since 2020 with adults, adolescents, and children who were seeking guidance with depression, anxiety, and personality disorders among others. Originally from Pennsylvania, Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNC-Greensboro and her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from East Carolina University.
Stephanie utilizes a multitude of therapeutic approaches including; cognitive behavioral, person-centered, mindfulness and meditation, and solution focused therapy. Meeting the client where they are is important to her and is thus reflected in her therapeutic style.
