Stephanie spent time in Bali, Indonesia where she learned the importance of mind-body connection. Her experience there continues to inform her practice utilizing mindfulness techniques in order to combat symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Stephanie is trained and experienced in utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) to enhance positive, productive, and rational thinking patterns. Stephanie specializes in utilizing empowerment and strength-based theories to aid in self-esteem and social skills.
