Welcome! I am here to support you on this journey to wellness. My passion for helping people is rooted in my desire to be a source of hope for others who may be struggling with their mental health. I understand that when you feel lost or stuck in life, it can be difficult to get back on track—but I believe that you can find your way again. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I believe that change is possible when we have the right support system in place.I have extensive experience working with a variety of populations, including individuals, adolescents, families, domestic violence survivors, and the LGBTQ+ population.
I am compassionate, supportive, diverse, and culturally sensitive. I have developed a specialty in treating depression, low self-esteem, anxiety disorders, emerging adulthood issues, ADHD and PTSD.I help my clients navigate through life’s challenges by providing techniques, resources, and individualized treatment plans that strengthen them to move forward.
I strives to meet each client where they are on their journey and will use a therapeutic approach better suited for that client's needs. I believe in the importance of a therapeutic alliance and provide a safe space where clients can feel heard, empowered and supported.
