I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field since 2005, which has allowed me to work with a diverse population and a variety of mental health issues. I work with adolescents or adults. I love working with teenagers and want to help set them up for success as adults.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ issues. My practice style is goal-oriented and solution-focused, and I use multiple theories to work with clients depending upon their needs.
An initial visit with me will include an assessment so that a treatment plan can be built with collaboration between therapist, client, and family (when appropriate).
