I specialize in schema therapy, domestic violence and trauma based approaches. My focus is both clinical and laid back, in other words I meet people exactly where they are. I've often been told that I put people at ease and I decrease their anxiety. I help give people the tools to be successful on their own and to continue pursuing their goals and dreams.
