We all struggle at one time or another with grief, excessive stress, anxiety, depression and even addiction. It's my privilege to walk alongside my clients through their healing process. Counseling should be a place we feel safe and not judged. My specialties include: anxiety disorders, trauma, and addiction but work with a range of issues in adolescents and adults. I am trained in EMDR therapy and attachment theory and have a passion for helping people find their inner strengths in order to live a happier and healthier life. I aim to empower my clients to learn to care for themselves and heal their nervous system.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and use my education and personal experiences from both fields to bring a holistic approach to my treatment plans using nutritional psychology and exercise tips. I believe it is important to be healthy not only mentally, but spiritually and physically as well. We only get 1 body-we need to take care of it as a whole!
I believe it is important to be educated about our health and value integrated health practices. My clients are empowered to ask questions and grow, not just treat symptoms. I work with a range of other professionals to give you a balanced course of treatment. These include: chiropractors, nurse practitioners and nutritionists. It is my privilege to help!
