I like to take a casual, comfortable, and collaborative approach to therapy. I enjoy taking time to get to know who you are, your approach to life, and what really matters to you. I'm known for incorporating humor when appropriate - therapy can be difficult, but who says it has to be boring? I have significant experience working with adults presenting with various mental health symptoms, substance use disorders, relationship conflict, trauma, and stressors. I hold extensive experience working with individuals (and loved ones) struggling and recovering from substance use disorders.
