I am a Bi-lingual therapist that provides an individual person centered holistic approach with my clients. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with positive psychology and other relevant modalities to provide my clients with the essential tools and skills that will help them in their daily lives.
My approach with clients is warm, non-judgmental, and empowering. We will work together to enhance coping skills and build the confidence for positive life changes to be achieved.
