As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over thirteen years of clinical practice, I help individuals and couples navigate the challenges they are facing. My style is active and I bring humor and compassion to help you develop solutions as well as grow from your struggle.
I treat anxiety, depression, trauma and postpartum depression and anxiety. I have special interest in treating perinatal mental health and the impact that sexual trauma can have on pregnancy and motherhood.
