My name is Stephanie Pinto, I am a first-generation Latina immigrant. I am passionate about helping Latinx and BIPOC communities reach their full potential. As a bilingual therapist, I offer in-person and telehealth sessions in both English and Spanish. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, grief, and identity formation.
My therapeutic approach is humanistic-centered, emphasizing a holistic and nonjudgmental method to support my clients. I employ a trauma-focused framework and utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child-Parent Psychotherapy.
