I approach therapy similarly to how I approach life: striving for health in all areas (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, relational, etc.). If you are looking to become a healthier and more authentic version of yourself, you are in the right place. As a mental health provider, I believe clients guide the therapeutic process and therapy is, by nature, collaborative work. I am able to tailor my theoretical approach based on a client's unique needs and goals. I pull from a variety of theoretical orientations including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, childhood and adolescent concerns, parenting support, life transitions, grief and loss, and general stressors from daily life. I take a systems approach that incorporates you, your work, family, and environment and can adapt my approach based your needs and goals.
I pull from a variety of theoretical orientations including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation.
