Nature loves repeating patterns, and while many are beautiful, others can be harmful. Whether you are caught in anxiety spirals, wrangling with your ADHD, grieving lost dreams or finding yourself feeling 'stuck', I will help untangle you while providing a healing and supportive environment to examine your past, present, and potential future. We will explore the areas in your life causing you harm or distress from a place of non-judgment, allowing you to grieve old stories and process the origins of these wounds.
I understand the strain of the 'hustle' culture of Silicon Valley, so in order to find your balance, we may get creative - and we may laugh! I use somatic methods to get you back in touch with your body, befriend your emotions, and may incorporate creative modalities such as writing, creative problem solving, meditation and dreamwork to help shake things up.
I am gentle in my approach, yet will strongly guard your well-being and kindly challenge you to explore your creativity or passions you may have set aside.
