As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist, I am equipped to help clients through life’s stressors, anxiety, and mood related concerns from a cognitive behavioral approach. I am specifically trained as a Certified Grief Counselor, helping clients come to terms with loss of a loved one. I offer both groups and individual sessions.
