Hi, my name is Stephanie Moore, I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Master's in Counseling and Development. I have experience working with children, young adults, and adults. I believe in meeting people where they are.
My primary treatment modality is Person-Centered therapy. There are also times I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral therapy modality. I have worked with diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, and Schizoaffective Disorder.
As well as experience helping others process through their childhood traumas. I believe in a collaborative approach to helping clients be able to reach their goals.
