I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment disorders, and for the past 20 years I have specialized in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. While I am skilled in the traditional treatment methods of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I also have extensive training in an innovative approach to OCD called Inference Based CBT (ICBT). Through ICBT I have had the privilege of helping clients who had only limited success in prior OCD treatment finally achieve freedom from this distressing disorder. My style is warm, inviting, and collaborative.
My specialties include OCD, anxiety disorders, depression and ADHD. I typically see clients weekly, and also offer intensive, individualized treatment of 2-3 hours per day 2-3 times per week. I am available for in-home treatment, and to go driving with clients who struggle with what we refer to as "hit and run OCD"- a fear of harming others while driving.
I connect well with clients of all ages and have experience with teens, college students, young adults and seniors. My practice is fully remote at the moment. I am licensed to practice in California and Indiana.
