Hi, my name is Stephanie. I have been a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist for 14 years. DBT gives you the tools and skills necessary to help you cope better with life overall. I have a passion for helping others meet their goals, while providing a safe and empathetic environment that promotes both acceptance and change.

A 20s and 30s Womens DBT Skills Group
This Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training Group is for women in their 20s and 30s, teaching positive coping skills to help them manage their negative thoughts and urges, regulate their emotions, and effectively communicate with others. Group is in person and space is limited to four individuals per group. This group currently has a waiting list.
